POLICIES:
➡️Returns/ Refunds: NO REFUNDS will be accepted - NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes digital designs & Sublimation prints.

⚠️ Colors can vary slightly from one screen to the next on digital downloads AND Sublimation transfers. We are not responsible for color variations from screen to screen - or printer to printer. Setting and printer quality can change color variations.
⚠️Sizing on sublimation transfers can vary slightly depending on the design. If there are any MAJOR sizing issues I will contact you before the order is fulfilled.
➡️Turn Around Time (TAT):
Digital Downloads: All files are instantly ready for download within minutes of your payment clearing. BUNDLES EXCLUDED. Due to the bundle files being so large, they will be sent to your provided email address within 24-48 hours after your payment clears.
Sublimation Prints:
**sublimation prints ordered before 4:30 pm CST on weekdays will be printed and shipped the same day.
**sublimation prints ordered after 4:30 pm CST on weekdays will be printed and shipped next business day.
TAT DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. If you order a sublimation print on a Saturday or Sunday it WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL MONDAY.

When will my downloads be ready?
All digital downloads are available for download in just a few seconds to minutes after your payment clears. With the exception of bundles.
What happens if one of my downloads is not giving me a download link?
If this should happen it means I am a dope and forgot to link the file to the listing. Just reach out to me either through email at CassandraWilson@limeandbean.com or you may reach out to me on FB by clicking here. Please, mention your order # and an email address to send the file(s) to and I will get the missing file(s) sent to you ASAP.
Why are some seamless files limited while others are not?
When I started to offer my digital art for sale I had all my files available to anyone and everyone and as many people who wanted it could have it. However, recently with owning my own fabric group I have realized how hard it is to get good designs that not EVERYBODY else was carrying as well. Therefore, I decided to limit all the new designs to 10 orders only (some vary depending on the design - majority are limited to 10)! This way it can help shop owners stay relevant and give them a chance to have something in their shops not everyone has.
Why are the files priced the way they are?
What most people do not understand is how much time and effort goes into the majority of these files. Between my fabric business and my kids, it can take me anywhere from a few hours to a couple of weeks to finish some of these seamless files. Especially, if I hand-draw them. So when you account for the time I put into the files and the wear and tear on my iPad and Apple Pencil as well as my computer, then even at $15 per file I am only profiting a couple of dollars at most per file. Not to mention the time away from my family.
What are the Bundles?
The bundles are sets that include multiple different files. This could mean a set of matching/coordinating seamless files, or it could be a set of panels, or it could even be a mix of all those. These bundles are put together and ONLY sold as a set and will not be sold individually. They help you save money as well. Most Bundles are discounted TREMENDOUSLY and all are LIMITED as well.
